Meet the Henderson Heat and Air Team

Our employees are highly trained and motivated professionals. Most are Nate certified. Prior to employment they must pass the Virginia State Police criminal background check, pre-employment and random drug testing and DMV driving record background checks.

	Jimmy Henderson President/Owner Jimmy and Theresa Henderson have been married for 28 years. They have two daughters, Mary and Angela, and one son Eric. Mary and Eric graduated from Virginia Tech. Angela graduated from James Madison University. Jimmy enjoys music, playing guitar and Nascar racing.
	Theresa Henderson Vice President/Office Manager Jimmy and Theresa have been married for 28 years. They have two daughters, Mary and Angela, and one son, Eric. Mary and Eric graduated from Virginia Tech. Angela graduated from James Madison University. Theresa enjoys gardening, hunting, fishing and VT football.
	Joel Service Technician Joel is married to Brandy. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
	Jay Service/Installation Technician Jay is married to Courtney. Jay and Courtney have two daughters, Celia Ann and Carleigh Ann. Jay enjoys competitive bass fishing, softball and spending time with his family.
	Billy Installation Technician Billy is a single dad with a teenage daughter named Elizabeth. Billy enjoys Nascar racing, Eagles football and tinkering with electronics and small engines.
	Ryan Installation Technician Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, hunting and fishing.
	David Installation Technician David aka "Goose" is a local firefighter with Hunterdale Volunteer Fire Dept. He is engaged to be married to Heather next summer. He enjoys Mets baseball and playing softball on the local teams.
