About Henderson Heat and Air

Henderson Heat & Air was formed and incorporated by Jimmy Henderson in 1994. Since that time we have provided quality and dependable service and products to our Franklin, Isle of Wight County, Southampton County, and Suffolk area customers. We strive to meet the highest standards in the business - from employee training to customer care.

Today, with over 27 years of experience, Jimmy Henderson serves as the President of the company and Operations Manager. His wife, Theresa Henderson, joined the company full time in 2004 as Vice President and Office Manager. Together they strive to make the business as family oriented as possible. Our employees are the most valuable asset we have, second to our customers.

The main focus of our business is installation, maintenance and repair of all brands of heating and cooling products both commercial and residential, however, we specialize in residential replacement systems. We also do light commercial refrigeration. Our main product line is American Standard heating and cooling products and accessories.

We are committed to our customers and display this by being an American Standard Customer Care Dealer. Our company meets the rigid requirements established by the program.
